• Conversations with Anna, Lyvora’s coaching assistant

Your information is used to provide personalized and adaptive coaching features — for example, adjusting meals, fasting windows, movement, and recovery guidance to fit your real day.

Anna uses third-party AI infrastructure to process the relevant information needed to provide responses and app functionality. Lyvora does not sell your personal data, and your information is not used for advertising.

Data retention and deletion

Lyvora retains your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service. You can request deletion of your account and associated information by contacting support@applyvora.com. We will take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify your information in line with that request and any applicable legal requirements.

Lyvora provides wellness and informational guidance and is not a medical service. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
